Gurcharan began his career as an investment manager for 7 years before spending several years working for various charities.

Gurcharan spent most of his life as a non-practicing Sikh and ever since coming into Sikhi has had a passion for spreading the message of Guru Nanak after experiencing the benefits himself.

This led him to starting this charity and at the moment is doing the filming, editing, marketing, posters, talk delivery and all of the admin himself until the charity grows.
